Have you listened to the Quality Control compilation? Haven’t heard the whole thing yet but every time he pops up it’s so clear his rapping has majorly improved.

Yeah it's like 30 songs ??? but the stuff I've heard sounds miles ahead of his previous material and I am a bigger defender of his raps than most

 

The Quality Control compilation is much better than I expected it to be for it being 30 songs. Lotta bangers.

 

I’ll listen for Quavo but I just can’t see myself loving this due to Travis

 

Travis Scott just rides Quavo’s wave so hard, i dont know how hes cool with it

 

I've come to accept Travis in certain doses. This has the potential to be very good or brutally mediocre. We'll see.

 

I'm the same with Travis. His albums usually have a lot of duds but a few songs I enjoy.

I much prefer him on the hooks.

 

Yeah I don't think Travis is bad, per se. In fact, he can improve songs in some cases but he's not a special artist by any means. I enjoy him in the Major Lazer single that came out this year haha, and he's pretty good on the Cudi album, on CTRL, and Pick Up the Phone.
