Seeing as your source is someone on Reddit trying to lip read I think it's not credible.

 

Seeing the HQ video it didn't look like he said that to me at all.

 

He didn't. Look at his jaw; it stays open. When you say that word, naturally your jaw closes. At worst, he just said fuuuck again.

 

My source? I don't have a source. I just saw it mentioned and thought it could've been the case cause it did look like an F word of some sort after. Let's not act like athletes/sports in general don't have a history of homophobia.


However, if everyone is pretty sure it isn't the case then that's good, I'm glad. I like Harper a lot and don't want him to be an asshole. I'm for the whole "fun again" thing, just not if it meant something that I don't think is fun.
I just wanna be sure we aren't sweeping it under the rug because it's someone we like.

 

Fair points and I don't think it absolves him either.

Some were saying the ump said something to Bryce again (e.g. "What are you doing out here?" "Go back inside!" etc.) when he came back out of the clubhouse to celebrate.

 

He may or may not have said that word. But there is not point of worry yourself over what word he said because unless you have direct audio of the incident or he says that is what he said you will never be able to prove it.

Definitely looks like he says that word to me. I don't know how my eyes could see it as something else.

That said, it could have been something else. No way for me, or anybody else, to know without actually hearing it.

Plenty of other words begin with F that fit that motion. I see fatass when watching it.

 

to be fair, i think a lot of people say words that end in "g" without closing their mouth at the end.

No, none of those work because without trying, someone naturally closes their jaw back when they say those words. Yes, you can force your jaw to stay open, but it's unnatural to do so.

I'll respectfully disagree.

 

Just suspend him because God he may have possibly said something bad depending on how you perceive a word is mouthed.

 

He may have said that word once in his life, enough for a ban.

 

Watched it again 5 times and it looks like f you to me.

 

I mean I know people need to find any reason to hate Harper but seriously until actual evidence comes out about what he said how about people not jump to the worst possibility. Lol wow.
