i thought that dudes name was magaflower at first, didnt see the second m in magma. That was a cringe on top of the Hall of Fame cringe revisiting that video lol.

 

I was using my Moviepass for Thor and I'm not sure if you know how it works but they put the money on a credit card which you swipe at the kiosk, so when I was buying my ticket at the kiosk I of course used my normal credit card
Thankfully I realized immediately, got the money refunded and used my Moviepass, but my brain just glitches/goes on autopilot so often

 

dammit ian there is nothing cringey about this and now i'm left unsatisfied

So in high school word got out that one of the adult employees (not a teacher) was fired for sexually harassing or engaging with one of the students, can’t remeber which. No one knew who it was or what actually happened, though, so I figured I’d ask my friend at lunch since his dad worked at our school too. I was pestering him about it at the lunch table around all of our friends. “C’mon, tell us what happened! Who was it?” Stupid me couldn’t pick up on his responses and body language that he didn’t want to talk about it ... because it was his dad! I felt like such an ass when another friend filled me in on the side.

Cringemas came early this year

 

I needed a place to vent this cringe/terrible thing.
This was around 8 or 9 years ago... I basically catfished a friend of mine's older brother for a solid two months. I never asked to meet up or anything we just texted (I think I just said I was someone from his class). He was probably around 17 so it's definitely peak cringe. I thought I was pulling the greatest practical joke ever. Oh boy was I wrong.

I saw the older brother last year and I'm pretty sure he has no memory of it or is waaaaay too equally embarrassed being catfished by a 12 year old to bring it up.

was gonna put this in the joke thread cuz I'm p sure she's joking but this is p funny either way.

 

my aunt died last Friday and at the viewing yesterday I gave my uncle a hug and he said thank you for coming and I said “I wouldn’t miss it!” instead of just saying you’re welcome.

 

Friend’s mom died and at her funeral the first thing I said to him was, “So a lot of people showed up, huh?” or something to that effect. Felt so stupid and he just said, “Yeah man,” and walked away.

this reminds of when I was like 15 and my cousin’s grandma died, who he was super close with, and I hadn’t seen him in forever and I walked up to him at the funeral, big grin on my face, and was like, “hey man! How’s it goin?!” all while putting my hand out for a bro hug. I immediately regretted it and I think about it to this day. I was literally just thinking about it earlier today for some reason
