Going through my top 10 this year, and really loving diving into this record right now

 

The band deserves to take a break if they need to

 

yea, they go hard for sure

 

Especially for Anthony's well being. They deserve some breathing room.

 

I started working at a pharmacy this autumn, and there's a lot of Lidocaine products that get dispensed. So every time I have to grab some, I think of that part in Stay. Like 10 times a day easy.

 

bums me out that stay is not a set staple; if theres any song on that record that feels like one, its that

 

I would argue for Never Tell A Soul or title track

 

The album just came out. I think it's a little too soon to start calling for set staples.

But yes, those two would be very cool to see live sometime

 

Picked up the OLG. Should look great on my guitar strap with an underoath one and the AP.net one.

 

The title track on the amulet is the best damn song

 

Only one I know all the words too. I feel like that song represents my 2017 in a nutshell.

 

Those screams at the end hit so damn hard

oh yea me too, I think he just needs some time off, they did a long tour and hes been touring a lot lately between solo stuff circa and saosin. I expect a slow year next year for all of the projects.

 

Yeah. They deserve time. They outidid themselves for Amulet and OLG anniversary. And Anthony specifically churned out his best performance in at least 7 years maybe 9 years.

Whats extremely peculiar and unfortunate though about the exhaustion is.... wheres the Amulet headlining tour?! Should have done that instead of the Thrice tour imo.

 

I’m not a Thrice fan and I assumed they were doing an Amulet tour so I didn’t go this round, which sucks now cause they def need a break

 

I'm putting money on spring or summer headline run (2-3 week tour probably) then break which will likely include new Anthony solo album

 

Really hoping for a UK tour off the back of this album, been 10 years since I saw them.

 

I seem to remember they came over about 4 times in 2010-2011 but don't think they've come since. We are definitely overdue, plus I recall Anthony cancelling a solo tour at some point. Although I can certainly understand if Anthony doesn't want to tour as much, following him on instagram and his family are so adorbs.

 

Yeah I had tickets for the Ant Green/Dear Hunter tour that was meant to happen back in 2013 or whenever it was, but got cancelled when Anthony went in to rehab.
