It’s a form of physically fulfilling a natural urge but on a higher level serves only as a distraction and a vehicle for temporary satisfaction of desire and companionship that is ultimately not only meaningless but also unhealthy and damaging to the way that I view relationships and process emotions and attachment to others on a romantic level that continues to further drive my loneliness and depression to deeper and deeper levels of hopelessness in ever being able to honestly address and improve my overall mental health and general wellbeing.
