I went to a Tim Burton burlesque show the other week. It was neat. Not that he directed those movies, but he’s often affiliated and they had an act for both of those movies

Our city hall is getting remolded at the beginning of the year and our temp workspace is over in the police building. I went over there after work to measure my new cubicle and cabinets to see what I can bring with me and I saw 5 American flags with the blue stripe hanging on my way and I wanted to die. I have to be around that for a full year

I saw an orchestra perform the music of Danny Elfman's Tim Burton scores and he sang the Nightmare Before Christmas songs, it was cool

Absolutely. That dude made Nightmare, which I don’t like, but then he went on to make James and the Giant Peach and Coraline so he more than redeemed himself in my eyes

 

I’m trying to covertly start a PD civil war by using their gym in the basement and not reracking my weights and then when they come in I blame it on a different random officers name I know and they all get pissed. People are starting to post signs passive aggressively about cleaning up and writing on the mirrors. Phase I is in progress.
