oh yeah, but no lawn maintenance (which takes up a lot of my time from April-October) and septic issues would be on the building folks since it would be a community tank. that was mainly what I meant for a condo. the taxes and insurance were the big factors on renting.

I’ll say this, and I don’t know how to say it without sounding like an asshole, but I tend not to like a lot of “feel good” stuff. Like, I fucking hate movies that are designed to make you feel good afterwards. I don’t take issue with feeling good as a side effect of watching a movie, but I hate when that is its main objective. I’d prefer to feel like a piece of trash after a movie is over. But I’ll listen.

Anyone heard of the show Drop the Mic? We watched it last night on CMT haha and it was actually pretty entertaining. It's like rap battles. One was this random NFL guy vs Vanessa Hudgens. James Corden vs Nicole Ritchie. Boys II Men vs Rascal Flats.

    The timeless struggle.

BTW, it's Boyz with a Z because it was the 90s.

Start with "Like a River Runs" That's the song that made my son cry about the thought of losing me. It's about his sister passing away.

Sounds like you'll enjoy THAT you sick fuck

I rented a condo in austin for 2 years and they did yard work, I don't know anything about septic tanks because I've always lived in cities and I'm pretty sure they only use septic tanks out in the more rural areas around here.

I actually like doing yard work so I like that I get to do that now. I don't know where you're from but here it's usually cheaper to buy even with extra costs worked in than it is to rent the problem is the down payment requirement, and me having 1 mortgage already made it extra hard for us to qualify for a 2nd which is why we're renting.

Probably would've recommended you went Strange Desire-Gone Now. That's okay though, appreciate you giving them a chance

For the record, this isn’t to say I do not enjoy happy music, I do. It’s just that the majority of music that resonates with me does not fall into this category

That's the whole point of the joke, right?!

Also, worth mentioning I wouldn't say that to anyone haha. @Bloodsucker II and me are buds

man, I hate it. weed eating particularly. I've got ditches around every side of my house, an acre lot, two outside buildings and a fence (so I have to weed eat each side of the fence, all along the house, around every tree, the two outside buildings and the ditches). THEN I can get on the riding lawnmower for 45 minutes or so. I seriously spend around 4-5 hours cutting my grass.

I posted about in the main thread, but that movie did not affect me emotionally in the same way it did for most people. I left feeling pretty underwhelmed tbh ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

ok that's wayyyyy more than I've ever had to do. I have a push mower (that's currently broken) and a trimmer. probably takes an hour to do the back and 35 minutes to do the front yard. however currently my lawn mower being broken means that I have to use the trimmer to try to cut the whole yard front and back and my arms are dying after that.

doing yard work on the weekends from work is usually the only physical activity I get really and the only time I'm not at work where my kids are all over me, it's a nice break from being indoors

Or maybe it's just because it peaked too soon with the Frozen short and it was all downhill from there? haha
