For those of you wondering, this is our housemate

 

I got to choose the primary source and thesis. I chose Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? and my thesis is basically that
the book suggests that the androids have, or will eventually, surpass the emotional and cognitive capabilities of humankind, effectively becoming more than human. The issue is that beyond that I have to write it through the lens of two of the major forms of literary criticism, if you're familiar with those at all, and that's where I'm stuck! Due Friday.

I became a lot happier when I realized that my life is essentially a comedy. It's like you want to be taken seriously for so long just to realize you're more useful to those around you by not being serious. I'm here to build people up. That's my life purpose.

I really gotta go but I just wanna say that this too is one of my favorite La Dispute moments. and then when it goes into, "It sort of feels like everyday it's harder to stay happy where you are. there are all these ways to look through the fence into your neighbor's yard."

Me too, buddy. Very busy day here for me and both kids are a bit under the weather which isn’t fun. I saw the countdown earlier but it escaped my mind
