It's probably fair to just assume that all of your favorite wrestlers are shit heads, these days.

is it? that doesn't seem fair to all the wrestlers out there who aren't shit heads and also kinda normalizes shithead behavior as a thing wrestlers do.

This isn't to say there aren't wrestlers out there who are shit heads. But I'm not gonna assume they are all and use that to give the ones who are a pass.

 

It was a half-serious remark. Yes, there are plenty of good people in wrestling and entertainment. However, it's pretty easy to be jaded given the fact that there are so many men doing so many terrible things in all segments of entertainment. I just look at all of them skeptically.

 

I agree that is easy to get jaded. And I think its good to look at celebrities with a healthy dose of skepticism. But going as far as assuming they are all pieces of shit -- at that point either you are supporting people you think are pieces of shit, or have to just stop watching. I'm not going to support people I think are pieces of shit, and don't currently think the problem is bad enough that I'm going to just stop watching.

 

That might be the hardest one to answer.

Meltzer made it sound like on WOR today that we could potentially see a big wave of wrestlers getting outted the next few weeks. He said he has heard a few things but isn’t sure if the parties will actually speak out or if its true.

 

Agreed 100%. Amazing how its managed to hurt everything its been involved in (even awkwardly killed some heat for that Survivor Series match)

 

Bray Wyatt's whole being has been worse than Jason Angle

The Jordan stuff is bad, and definitely number 2, but my God it doesn't come close to being as bad as Bray has been all year

 

I mean, 99% of everything out of his mouth is speculation, and this is that at its most extreme. I doubt we see anything like he imagines.

 

Finally watched Dijak v Keith Lee. Considering what it took to get their first 5* match, Im not sure I agree with Meltzer. Its a solid, solid 4.5*; but feels like, with the story it tells, it needed to be the tourney final to be 5*

That said, there is a 5 minute section of that match that shits all over anything Braun has done this year. The combined athleticism is insane

Yeah. I saw Owens and Styles say nice things about that kid that was bullied as well
