Good call. Like I said my wormhole brought me to reading some of the Bowie stuff in the 70's and then stumbled across that. I hope that Jesse is a great dad to his daughter despite his despicable behavior in the past.

 

I hope so too. if I found out all those things about a partner I'd take my kids and gtfo but that's just me, I know it's not that simple.

Per the discussion above, I don’t try to make connections between all the songs and lyrics and what he did, but I started looking at the lyrics to that one as being way more literal and not just some anxiety driven self loathing that a lot of people go through. I don’t think he was being melodramatic when he said “hold me down underwater and don’t let me up again”....and a lot of that song sounds like it could literally be about him not controlling his gross actions for the last 15 years.

Also want to echo whoever said that they didn’t see themselves not caring about a Brand New mystery 6 months ago....yyyyrp. If people find new songs, cool, but I’m not finding myself very intrigued with it at all.

Did you ever get an email that it shipped? I never did, but my order status has said shipped for a week.

 

I got one saying mine shipped. Getting notifications from dhl on its progress too.

 

Weird. I manually checked my order status on Sunday and it said shipped but I never got confirmation email or tracking number. Oh well.

Where is the best place to sell vinyl? I’ve never been into vinyl or bought/sold any before. I only purchased this as an investment with the intention to sell. Now that mine is en route, I guess I need to start thinking about moving it even though it probably won’t fetch what it once would have...

 

100% and guess what? Given what’s come out since, I have no regrets that I had no emotional attachment to the album.

Unopened. I would’ve been really tempted to open it if I hadn’t seen pictures of everyone else’s.

Papa Roach is going on tour with A Day to Remember which should be pretty cool for them.

About that other band whose thread this used to be, I don't think there has been anything.

 

The album with Last Resort was one of the first CD’s I ever owned. I don’t remember any of the songs except for Last Resort though.
