every video ive seen of their new songs leads me to believe whatever comes next will be their best material to date

It wasn’t. I haven’t seen any videos of it before. They specifically said it from the new album. The most upbeat song they’ve done with Conor on acoustic guitar. Hopefully I enjoy the recorded version more.

there was a time when even their official twitter account was just incessant bitching about being in a band.

and that last EP were they butchered 2 songs off of Dealer wasn't exactly a creative high-point.

wit how often i hear people saying "i feel like this is gonna be their last album" (in regards to multiple bands) i feel like yall WANT your fav bands to break up

 

This happens with Balance And Composure and La Dispute every album cycle

 

Foxing has made it clear the band has an expiration date but I feel like I haven't gotten the impression that they're struggling really. They get on great tours, the reception for them is always great, and people seem to look forward to it. Whether or not they're experiencing growth is hard to say cause they're between albums rn but I mean realistically shit seems p okay for them. Also that EP was good

Lol the conjecture in here. Y'all know nothing about these guys apparently. They're fine. If they stop they stop but I don't think they will anytime soon.
