    I'm flailing now.

I went for a run today, a decent run, like an hour in a half plus. I shuffled all of Blink’s songs and I found myself skipping most of California except for San Diego, Misery, BTD, and Cynical. I am kind of finding that a year later some of these aren’t sticking. Those that do are great, but I hope that the Blink boys choose to separate from Feldy. He seems to go for the 1 hit and then allow for everything else to be generically bland.

The deluxe songs outside of Misery, Long Lost Feeling and Parking Lot haven't stuck with me at all and are mostly forgettable. I'm not even sure I can name them all. I actually haven't listened to any songs from California since the summer. But yeah definitely agree with you about Feldmann. They did what they set out to do with California now it's time for them to really push themselves and give us something different/new.

I think Last Train Home is one of the best songs from the California deluxe.

The songs I’m not crazy about on the DLX are Good Old Days, Don’t Mean Anything, and Wildfire. I think the rest are all solid additions to their catalog.

LTH is just ok for me. I feel like that song gets super repetitive. It is almost like it is all one big chorus. Laaaaassssst Train Hooooommme.

Yeah I agree with most here that I've kind of shelved Cali for quite a while now. I really enjoyed it when it came out but I feared that it wasn't very "deep". Maybe that's obvious, but I hoped it would have some staying power but I suppose they just wanted a "fun" album and they accomplished that.

I think I’ve played California (regular) like 2 or 3 times this year. I hope their next album is something that will stick with me, but I don’t know if they’ll ever be that band for me anymore

I have such a different opinion of this album than a bunch of people I know. I only liked Cynical, Rabbit Hole, Left Alone, and Bottom of the Ocean. I really only liked the chorus of Bottom of the Ocean too. I wasn't big fan of the verses/bridge.

    I am a broken blink-182 fan.

  16. I like California but it's hard for me to totally compare it to the rest of Blink's discography.

Would you believe me if I told you I came incredibly close to getting @BTDandFeelingThis to say SOTY-Wolves is better than California last night? It was torture for him.

Fine. SOTY’s Wolves is better than Blink-182’s California.

Are you fucking happy @skurt ???

Yes I sure am!!! I think there should be a forum trophy awarded to anyone who makes @BTDandFeelingThis admit another album is better than California. Thoughts on this idea @Jason Tate
