Dang that last Golf Story tourney was a jump in difficulty. What a fun (and often quite funny) game. Maybe Stardew Valley for the first time up next unless I decide to take a chance on Xenoblade.

Or turn focus back to PS4 for the first time since I got a Switch where I have FFIX, Lost Legacy and the Horizon DLC lined up

 

Putting rubber bands on your controller to hide inactivity makes me so upset on what this has all devolved into.

Currently installing Fortnite. Not usually a huge multiplayer guy but the battle royale thing appeals to me for some reason

 

Curios to hear your thoughts, I am a big multiplayer guy (or was I guess when I had the time) and I really don't like battle royale it turns out

 

I probably won't actually get the time to play for a couple days but I'll update with my thoughts. I think the thing about it that appeals to me is that even though you're playing with people it's still kind of a solo experience (unless you play with friends), it requires a lot of strategy and exploration, it's slow-paced, and there's no respawns. Games like COD usually don't keep my attention for more than a month or so because they're so repetitive, just leveling up playing the same maps over and over doesn't appeal that much to me

 

Yeah I think that is interesting and I liked that about it to some extent, but most matches went like this for me:

-Wait 5-10 minutes for a game to actualy start.
-Walk around for 5-10 minutes without seeing anybody.
-Get shot in the back.
-Wait for 5-10 minutes for a game to actually start.

I don't have the patience to get better at it, haha.

Finished the Ugly Baby quest, so I guess that puts me at the start of Act II. But holy shit there are so many side quests I've yet to get through. So much to doooo.

I'm now at level 23 with 43 points all in the Signs skill tree--three of the tier 4 skills are maxed. Feeling a little overpowered even with upscaling on; might want to use the Potion of Clearance to explore the other trees.

 

I was wishing this morning that I wish Bethesda would hurry and push out the Fallout 4 Xbox One X patch so I can have a good excuse to play more of it and mop up some achievements.

They released it today along with the same Skyrim update!

 

Not sure I understand. Is it because it promotes list culture?

Also, I love that Jim Sterling is getting quoted in these kinds of major media pieces. So cool to see, happy for him to get the recognition.

 

my girlfriend's been playing Fallout 4 a lot and it makes me like that game more.

 

i wish this was more than a fluff headline, a large part of that $3 billion loss occurred prior to the controversy

Just got the 8GB Skyrim update.

 

I’ve been going down the rabbit hole of Skyrim builds on youtube and it is amazing.

I saw my redguard build on there which was cool.

 

So Microsoft has been refunding Marvel Heroes players, unlike Sony. What a shitshow this continues to be.

Is anyone else viscerally infuriated by the fact that A2 cuts her hair as soon as you take control of her? Like why would you make the character I just started playing look identical to the one I just finished playing? This is deeply irritating also I'm very petty.
Also can I seriously not change pod programs on the fly? That is legitimately dumb.

 

Imagine thinking xbone is better than ps4/and or Switch
