Alex Riley will be missed..... :( i remember seeing him at a live NXT event at Jacksonville, never popped so hard in my life at a live event.

I just realized that I never posted this in here, because my comp died right before the ppv (and because I'm a bad commissioner/sheriff/whatever foley was), but I think it's kinda obvious.

with the way last sunday went with no finn, vince with the "swerve" on Raw control, and the tag match getting called off, there were a ton of points on the card that basically nobody got.

so yea I had a bunch of people tied for the lead so I'm throwing it out. Nick Is I is still champ

he didn't show up the first time and im a big a ry fan. plus ive only been to 2 live shows so it's not like i have exactly the experience to say that ive seen big returns, in Jacksonville of all places. It's not like anyone actually cares enough about Jacksonville to do a bunch of big stuff here.

 

I've seen Alex Riley at a couple NXT live shows and he did always get a big pop for some reason. I never understood his appeal.

 

I guess TMDK has been doing NXT house shows. Hopefully I get to see them Friday.
I was never into NOAH, does anyone have any match recommendations from them for me to check out?

Crossing my fingers Biff and Swann are on the card this time.

 

Most praise I've ever seen for Alex Riley is because of his theme song.

 

Are they still going by TMDK? Most of the videos I've seen of their work has been awesome. Can't wait to see them dominate the division.

I feel like Naito and O'Reilly are probably going to tear the house down.

 

Yeah definitely the match I'm looking forward to the most.

 

I still think the one to take the title off Lethal is going to be either Adam Cole or Kyle O'Reilly, plus i think in terms of single reign length they want Jay Lethal to be right under Joe, Bryan, and Nigel's untouchable reigns which he's just a few days from taking Kevin Steen's "longest ROH World title reign since Bryan" spot.

Also with the rumors of Chris Hero making his ROH return, Colt would definitely be a part of that in some way, so I don't see Colt getting the title right now.

 

KOR is the one guy I'd love to see get a huge push. Dude is amazing.

This TNA invasion angle in Evolve sounds dope as fuck. I've never watched Evolve before so maybe i'll check that out. I just gotta hear that EC3 promo, from the transcripts it sounds like it's a 2011 CM Punk pipebomb god level worked shoot.

I'm assuming nobody watches Evolve here since nobody ever talks about it so it's cool to post this without spoiler tags.

 

It still blows my mind that the masterminds in WWE were oblivious to how much potential EC3 had, yet TNA (who usually give the impression of being absolutely clueless) picked up on it and ran with it.

He showed loads of personality on that last season of NXT, had a good look and wrestled well in the WWE style, but they totally ignored it. Unbelievable.

 

The same can be said about Drew Galloway. What makes Galloway's situation worse is that they saw enough potential he had to literally make his gimmick "guy with tons of potential" before they put him with 3MB and ultimately did barely anything with him.
