I just bought Dragon Age Inquisition GOTY Edition for 7€ on Xbox Live, because I previously owned the standard version on disc and never bought two of the three DLCs (I played the base game too many times). Anyway, it's a really good game, one of my favorites of this generation, and 7$ is an absolutely insane price. If you think you might like it, JUST DO IT. I wish they'd enhance it for Xbox One X/PS4 Pro though.

Disney lays off entire Marvel games developer staff on Thanksgiving eve, will not pay their severance or PTO, ending their insurance next week

 

As far as I can tell Disney revoked the license (or something similar, I don't know what kind of deal they had), which made Gazillion go bankrupt immediately, so it's not Disney doing the layoffs. Disney could have delayed it of course, but we don't know the full story. Also, Gazillion not having additional revenue sources is...wild. It sucks though.

 

Just picked up the Uncharted collection for $15 Amazon. May pop by Target later and pick up RE7 for $15.

 

definitely going to try and get the 190 dollar xbox one s at target today. not standing in line though, i might show up around 6:15, i hope people have the system already where it won't be gone by then, haha.

 

Target has Xbox One S for $189 + $25 giftcard I think.

 

There was a retailer that had them for $149 a few weeks ago. Guess my post went unseen :'(

Going to try and bag a Switch bundle tonight. Found one already with Zelda for £309, but there's one that includes Mario as well for £340 or something going up on Game tonight which I'm going to try and bag!

If not, the £309 one will do.

 

also i might offer my nephew (who is 8) like fifty bucks to borrow his switch for a month this winter to play mario.

might be an all time low to bribe a child for the switch, but like most children his age he loves money. so.

I don't know much about the Switch, does anyone know if it has access to the classic nes/snes/64 titles in the digital store like the Wii U does?

 

Not yet, it'll happen but probably in a different way, partly subscriotion based, partly for sale

 

Without mods I definitely wouldn't go back unless maybe you never played it at all, but not for 60$

 

i payed like $25 for the ultimate edition of skyrim and that seems worth it since the original came with my 360.

they're still just selling the console alone for its original price at $300

Because it's still selling, Nintendo will go into their first Christmas full price. Some retailers have bundles apparently but barely.
