Damn, looking at Tooth & Nail's current artists list is pretty depressing. Copeland and Underoath are the only ones I'd even listen to (considering The Almost and Anberlin are both done making music) from that group. But looking through their alumni artists is like a perfect time capsule for the mid-00s.

 

Babysitting has convinced me to never have children.

Exactly. I listened to a podcast with the owner recently and they make the majority of their money from the BEC sub-label and Underoath/Anberlin royalties.

 

Records and blu-rays are about the only thing I collect anymore. I use to have small collections of everything.

 

Same, collect more Blu Rays than records nowadays though.

 

Oh and children's television is garbage. At least these shows I've been having to watch.

I stopped buying records because I don't have a legit turntable and probably won't get one for a while. All I have is an old stereo with a turntable on top

 

I've started collecting Tolkien novels in multiple languages. I have the main five illustrated and hardcover in English, then also the main five in a beautiful Italian collection.

 

My friend babysits almost daily and she always texts me infuriated how dumb some of the shows are. I can only imagine.

 

I'm currently watching a show about a group of talking dogs that are going into the ocean to retrieve a broken part of an iceberg. Like why?

 

My comic collection is getting disgustingly massive.

 

I get to find out next Friday if I can have children. I am terrified they are going to tell me I can't.
