I know a lot of people miss how fast they used to play but man there are a lot of songs it really hurts. Stockholm Syndrome is a mess

 

Unpopular opinion but I actually prefer them playing songs at the studio tempo

I do wish they'd bring back a medley sometime to cut some of the songs that always have to be there

 

I love how they play The Rock Show fast but then slow it down for the bridge then speed it up again. Really wish they would play it like that again.

Listening to that concert again really makes me upset that they had to break up. They never sounded better as a band during that 2003-2004 period. Would have loved to hear a real follow up to the Untitled album.

Holy shit, 14 years. I still remember when i first heard a shitty rip of Action/Feeling This. Those Cheetah videos they posted on the old site made me so excited. Been a fan for a loooong time and they remain my #1 band to this day. Happy birthday Untitled!

The whole time leading up to the release of untitled was probably the most exciting time for me as a music fan. That album was huge for me. I definitely remember hearing “Action” for the first time. And being so excited and uncertain about them getting serious but falling in love with the album instantly. I vividly remember sitting in the backseat of my parents’ car listening to it on my discman. Good times.

2003 Tom delonge is dead forever.

 

I kinda dropped off of my blink obsession before untitled came out. I guess my tastes had grown at that point and it wasn't until like a month later that I was like "eh alright I'll check it out". Threw me right back into being a huge fan again. Dove back into to all of those studio videos and made me love the album even more.

 

Amazing how many people didn’t know that the album is called Untitled and not “blink-182” or “self-titled”

 

I just watched the MTV Album Launch and man the end bummed me out haha. They were so optimistic and it sucks to know how everything went down after that.

 

I'm forever grateful I saw the whole album live

Plus it had the most amazing encore ever

 

Which date did you go to? Mine was 11/11/13 at the Wiltern.

They also professionally recorded one of the nights but never released it because of Tom leaving.

This one. I lucked out because I didn't get tickets to the previous dates and each night they played like 2 deep cuts in the encore but for my date they played every deep cut from the previous shows + Apple Shampoo

 

Urghh I would've killed to go to that show

 

I was there that night too. Pretty incredible show. Very tight.

 

If i die and wake up in a room where that Fireflies song is played on a loop, i’ll know i’m in the deepest circle of hell.
