so off topic but i used to be REALLY invested in the Half Life/Valve universe and now I couldnt give a shit which is a shame. every now and then ill play HL2 for a bit though.

 

how wild is it that Glassjaw wrote a metal song without using power chords shoutout to Stuck Pig for being an incredibly heavy song based on nothing but effects and distortion

no there arent. the tabs i can find are just people trying to recreate what theyre hearing without the effects. the song is literally constructed from distortion, reverb, and other effects plus offhand picking, slides, and hammering on/pulling off of notes. just listen to it.
