Damn, forgot Rocket League was coming/already on Switch. I've been out of the RL game for a while but I'd pick up the port when/if it gets cheaper.

I think I might download Skyrim. Seems like it would be a great game to have on Switch to just play whenever there's downtime between big games like Zelda and Mario.

 

That is how I am starting to feel. I used to buy multiplatform games on PC only, but being able to take Mario with me to work and play during lunch changes the entire equation.

I did a business once. It was good business.

I'm now eyeing Rocket League. But I think I'll grab the Rabbids DLC instead, lol.

 

I’m really tempted to pick up Skyrim too but at the same time I’ll really hate myself for buying it a third time.

 

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person who's never even purchase Skyrim once.

 

I don't even like Skyrim THAT much (morrowind4lyf) and I've still somehow bought it three times.

 

I've bought it twice and I still haven't actually played my PS4 copy of it lol

 

I bought it once on a steam sale, made a character and played it for maybe 12 hours and then spent the rest of the week fantasizing what the backstory for my character is.

I never opened the game since.

 

I've never played it.

It was definitely one of my favourite games last gen and I really enjoyed playing it again on my PS4. It’s just can I really justify buying it again. I think I’ll get LA Noire when I get paid though, def up for playing that game again.

 

Skyrim is the rare game that I think is both bad and also kind of great. If I ever play it again it'll be a version with mods though.

 

Guess I’m one of the few who definitely intends on getting Skyrim. I played on 360 but never finished it entirely, so i definitely want to do that now. It will have to wait for Sunday because I’m headed to Charlottesville for a Model UN conference and left the switch at home for the dog sitter. Sometimes I’m too nice for my own good....

 

I can’t buy skyrim because I already have it for the Xbox One.

and I only played 10 minutes of it before forgetting about it.

 

That's pretty much my exact situation. I got it on 360 and played probably 30 hours of it but never beat it. Always a game I've thought about going back to, so I think it's release on Switch gives me a good excuse to play again.

 

Also I used to have a manager at FedEx that pronounced it "Skee-rum" and that's all I can think of when I see the word "Skyrim."

 

I bought Skyrim when it came out and I regret it.

 

I described Rocket League to my 6-year-old sister today and she totally freaked out when I confirmed that yes, the cars CAN do a backflip. She also begs me to play Super Mario Odyssey every single day so she can help me find Moons, remarking on the bits that remind her of Breath of the Wild. I know some jaded gamers may bemoan the family-friendly nature of Nintendo but their games have an amazing ability to bring people of all age ranges together and I don't want that to change.
