Mostly played NHA tracks, which was incredible. Good mix of Cody/Self Titled otherwise, barely any OATIWSGT. And a new song!

Yeah I've been waiting for this show for awhile, so stoked for tonight

 

Wavves is closing tonight. I wanted to watch their whole set but now I will probably leave a little early

 

why, are they co-headlining? how did you find out? are they rotating? sorry for so many questions I just need to know for tomorrow lol

 

i hope they are closing my date so i can peace after joyce ha.

 

There was such a clear divide between the crowds for each band last night. There was one bunch in the pit/front center for Wavves and after they finished they swapped out with the Joyce crowd.

 

Sounds like a smart tour for both bands then!

 

They’re about the same size and the venue posted the set times haha

 

Last night was A+

All 3 bands were really great, but Joyce is clearly on another level

 

Really wanna go to this but really don’t wanna get stuck in traffic at miss Culture Abuse

Sad I had to miss Detroit but glad to hear it was a lot of fun! Really hoping Joyce does another headliner in the spring.

also, culture abuse is fucking rad. such a great live band man

 

They were great but the venue situation was really dumb. They had a barricade up for some reason that seemed to not be steady at all so Barry told them to take it down and all they did was flip it up which made it even more sketchy and dangerous but oh well lol

 

its cool barry chilled with the crowd surfing thing. what a riot

More than anything I think it was just bigger people doing it. Small/normal-sized people aren't really going to hurt other people, but larger people might. I'm 6' 7 and 300 pounds, and I've never done it for that exact reason.
