I applaud you. I've listened to it at least 50 times now, probably more.

 

Doing my listen through of their discography today and one thing that really stuck out to me was that Enema of the State and TOYPAJ were almost completely comprised of songs that were three minutes long or less. The new album is the same way, apparently, so that says to me that overall it will be mostly faster tempos. Seemed like a lot of people were worried because the songs were so short that it might be underwhelming, but after looking back and seeing that those two iconic albums were built from shorter songs, it makes me that much more pumped.

 

BTD has been on repeat in my car since it came out and I preordered the album. Even more so after I got my tickets and the everything's gonna be fine package. Still not tired of this song, I even catch my self singing or humming it at work lol. Especially impressed with how good Skiba sounds on it, and mark as good as always lol

 

I find myself singing the entire bridge at least 3-4 times daily, haha.

 

I've been craving for an epic, +5m closer ever since they came back (something like "I'm Lost Without You" and "Chapter 13"). However, I'm only half worried about the length.

On the one hand, at least a third of my top 20 blink songs go on for less than three minutes ("Feeling This", "Stockholm Syndrome", "Here's Your Letter", "Easy Target", "Online Songs", "Going Away To College"), on the other hand "Attractive Today" from Motion City Soundtrack might be the only -2m song that I love to death. It will be interesting to see how I feel about "Cynical" and "The Only Thing That Matters", if blink breaks the norm for me...

Wasn't originally planning on going to Detroit, so I missed out on pit tickets in all the presales. Fingers crossed for general sale tomorrow.

Got an email from the ATT Center for San Antonio this morning for presale and by the time I clicked the link it was already sold out.

 

And it didn't help that MTV played the video three or four times a day.

 

Has anyone else had issues getting their pre sale code for tickets? I placed an order Monday and still haven't gotten my code. I checked my junk folder every day. Starting to get real irritated.
