It’s been about a year now since I started posting more often on chorus and found this thread. I just had gotten out of an extremely emotionally/physically abusive relationship and didn’t know how to cope with it. I just want to say thank you to all of you for making things so much easier for me and giving me an incredible support group that made me look forward to waking up every morning. You all helped me move on through the sadness of it without you even realizing it. You all are some of the best people I know and I’m very grateful for you all.

throwing a your way too, i mostly frequent a handful of big threads and you're a regular in many of them and always a great poster. keep doing you, glad this site and thread (even though i've only posted in this thread for a short period of time) has been a source of healing for you.

 

Feel like I'm going through the same in different ways/avenues atm. More of a family/I relationship than romantic though... just BSn here the last few months been more than I knew till recently when everything exploded and got even worse and I could come here and talk, bullshit, joke, bleed, cry about things others are like the Brand New/Jesse Lacey stuff, share my feelings in certain threads etc, get PMs and responses realizing ppl who prior didnt know me at all, since I dont even have the AP past like many here. Has meant so much at a time when its needed.
Glad you pulled through, glad everyone could help, keep strong and push forward knowing you always got everyone here.
