That's what I was originally told, but according to a post in this thread from Sureshot, it is.

So I don't know what to say about that. (I don't remember hearing anything about those being not-consensual or anyone being under age for those though.)

 

So really Jason, how do you feel about all of this? Given how much of a fan you have been all these years as well, where does Brand New stand with you now? Unlistenable?

 

I'm not ready to comment on that yet. I'm still trying to get a response from the band or label or anyone and will need more than a few hours of time to say anything beside what my posts have so far.

 

On a very selfish level, I'm happy I had a chance to see them one last time before any of this. I'm not saying with certainty I won't see them again (a lot of that will depend on how they handle it), but it's definitely going to be tainted if I do.

 

Thank you for this. It's really difficult for me to know how to feel and it means a lot to see someone else still processing.

 

At this point I’ll be shocked if the band doesn’t address this. Absolutely shocked.

 

I think it's going to become more clear soon. Everyone who is connected to Jesse and the community he came up in know that this is the tip of the iceberg. Nicole's strength has inspired others

Been spinning The Ugly Organ and made myself a very strong vodka-water but I squeezed the lemon so much because of this fucking day that it's more like a lemonade now.

I'd expect the entire Long Island scene to have a rude awakening if the little things I'm kinda hearing hinted at all come out. A lot of bands past and present.
