To bookend my thoughts on BMTH, I like to pretend that Count Your Blessings and Suicide Season never existed and Bring Me the Horizon's first album is There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It. There Is a Heaven, Let's Keep It a Secret.

Aw see I understand Count Your Blessings, but I still like a few songs on Suicide Season. Chelsea Smile, Diamonds Aren't Forever, and Football Season Is Over specifically. That being said I very rarely go back to that one (actually I don't think I've listened in full for at least 5 years).

But yea There Is A Hell is when things get good for sure. Still my favorite by them.

Had the audacity to say that I think this is a natural progression from Keep You and don’t understand people hating it if they liked Keep You. But apparently that was condescending of me haha I dunno. I wasn’t saying they had to like it or anything, I just said I personally don’t get it

Just got my CD this week -- had tried not to listen too many times previously (maybe 15). It's approaching summer here in Oz (almost 100 farenheit today) and I must say, this works as a summer driving album. I mean, a thousand other albums work better but it's not bad. Much better than Daisy or Devil and God in that regard.

 

Never forget, there are billions of albums

Who is this band Pile and why the hell have I never listened to them. From what I'm reading on them they sound exactly like the type of band I'll LOVE.
