That's good, starting a new job can be so stressful, that impostor syndrome can really rear its ugly head! What are you doing for work now?

I call utility providers to turn on utilities on bank-owned properties.

 

Cool, I think she gets lonely sometimes.

Also, that is not a job I knew existed.

 

Most of my day is waiting on hold with providers lol.

The company is growing pretty quick, so hopefully I can move up and make this job into a career.

 

I can’t wait for LP5 next year.

 

Hopefully they play good hold music!

And getting in early at a growing company is always a plus. When I started at my company I was not doing anything near what I do now and it was supposed to be a temporary thing during the recession until I could find something in my field. But, it was growing fast so I decided to stick with it and spent 2 years moving up in that department, building a good reputation and knowledge base in the company. Eventually I was able to jump over to the legal team (once one actually existed) and now I've been here nearly 8 years!

Further testament to how clutch Vin was in making this album haha a friend of mine used to shit all over him when Daisy came out and often said "Handcuffs" was the worst Brand New song.

Sometimes I really wish we had a studio recorded version of Untitled the extended encore version.

 

Handcuffs is my least favourite on TDAG but after Vin’s songs on Daisy and knowing he wrote Same Logic, he’s pretty much confirmed as the GOAT

Not going to happen (well never know) but would be really cool to get a music video for one of the songs on Science Fiction. Watching Dr Strangelove last night so obviously the first one that comes to mind is 137 but even for Can't Get It Out since that is technically the single. Would be real nice. In some ways I wish they were more like a traditional band sometimes. But then they wouldn't be Brand New. So it's a blessing and a curse. But yeah just a video of them performing would be sweet. Crazy that their last official music video is Sic Transit and that video ruled. Jesus was never released but I wish it had.
