i started listening to this earlier and got a few songs in and wasn't feeling it lol. maybe i'll try again when it's on streaming.

 

weird, seems totally up your alley! we often surprise eachother that way though haha

 

there's a lot of really great power pop stuff this year that i really love. partner, rozwell kid, charly bliss. this didn't quite hit the mark for me. think there was just some melody that i wasn't feeling i dropped out at. it's on my list to add this week anyways so i'll check again then

 

I'm in that vibe where nothing connects with me and I just turn it all off halfway through. Only been relistening to stuff from this year to make a year end list, nothing new has caught me in weeks.

 

i haven't felt that at all, hah.

 

not in general at least. it was a release i wasn't into but i don't come by many of those

although beginning of the year i thought my end of year list would be rough and it's filled out so much that it feels deeper than ever. so....

 

I'm trying to narrow my down to fifty, even if I don't like anything else I'll have a good 60 albums I liked at least

 

sometimes I feel that way and think music doesn't excite me the way it used to and then the next day I will hear three things that totally captivate me, idk. growing older I think it's phases but I wouldn't get discouraged
