It's one of the weirdest 50/50 things because he's rebuilt the entire roster but couldn't find a kicker for four years and refuses to draft depth, he will only take a possible starter even if it ends up a bust.

Picks he's gotten right: mike Evans, Kevin pamphile, Donovan smith, Ali marpet, kwon, vh3, Spence, Ryan smith (special teams star), benonoch, howard, beckwith, Godwin, Evans (has been fine, will be special teams star if anything)

Wrong: Kadeem Edwards, Jeremy mcnichols, AGUOYO, devante bond, dan superback vitale, kaelin clay, joey iosefa, Kenny bell, Robert Herron, Charles sims (really soured on him since injury), you could put asj here because even though he looks good it's on another team and you couldn't fix his off the field issues.

It's not as cut and dry as you think, I don't know how much he wanted koetter but I've heard ownerships pressed him to do it as well. I think more likely is he gets promoted up and they hire another gm and they work on it together because licht has awful mental lapses at certain positions. If he gets fired, it's relatively justified too but it's not as easy of a choice as you'd think. Kickers can't be that hard to scout, sheesh. also, they got spytek because he's so bad at signing FAs
