Daedalus made me love Melting Point of Wax even more

 

Just to give you one off each album, Burn the Fleet, Daedalus, At The Last, Yellowbelly and Hurricane are all better than Flags at Dawn. And I think the two Beggars B-Sides are better

 

I think it was during the Beggars tour, but they played both back to back. Pretty cool idea.

 

I would take "Flags of Dawn" over like half of M/m.

 

Hot take: At the Last is in my least favorites of Beggars.

 

But not the half with Yellowbelly, Promises, Words in the Water, Threading Paper and Anthology on it right?

Not that hot lol. The whole album is good so I don't care how its ordered. My two least favs are Beggars and Talking Through Glass, and we have 5 pages of proof on here as to how hot that take is

 

Rebuttal Hot take: ALL of these songs are worse than Flags of Dawn. Or any song on Vheissu or TAITA. Which may be cruel to Daedalus, but not the rest, really.

 

I need to listen to these B-sides apparently

 

Eh, I'm not really big on Words In the Water or Treading Paper (or Blinded, Cataracts, or Listen Through Me).

And Anthology is a great song but feels really out of place on that album.

I would take Flags of Dawn over those first 5, but not Anthology, Yellow Belly, Promises, Call It In the Air, Blur, or Disarmed.

 

Man, Hurricane and Daedalus are top 5 Thrice songs!

My favorite Beggars tracks are All the World is Mad, The Weight, Circles, Doublespeak, In Exile, Beggars. The 4 others are good but I like them less.

 

Neither are top five on their respective albums.

Oh, yeah, very true. I like "Daedalus", not trying to say it's a bad song, but I just like TMPOW better.
