if Deshaun is averaging 4 TD's and 2 INT's a game i could care less about the INT's

it's going to happen when he's forced to do so much on offense

My whole take on Carr was that he wasn't a top 10 quarterback, that he struggles under pressure and that this flaw along with his others were well hid by Musgrave who brilliantly built the offense around his major weaknesses along with the fact that he plays with one of the best supporting casts in the NFL. Of course this critique gets turned into "lol tkamB thinks Carr sucks" which I embrace because it's way more fun that way, but that doesn't mean it affects my analysis.

He has one of the best offensive lines. But one of the best supporting casts is a bit of a stretch.

I include O line as part of the supporting cast. And granted I'm higher than most on Crabtree, but there are not many WR duos that are better than him and Amari. Cook, for his faults, has always been an above average pass catcher. Walford is a great #2 TE. Seth Roberts is a solid #3. Richard and Washington are talented 3rd down backs. It's a talented group of explosive pass catchers.

It baffles me how you can be low on Carr and high on Walford haha. Are you Clive Walford? You spend a suspicious amount of time in the Bay Area during football season.
Amari/Crabtree is a good set but everything beyond isn't. Cook is pretty good sometimes, Walford isn't. Richard and Washington aren't that good either.

Actually, looking at it, I'd take half the league over the Raiders offense right now and 20+ assuming players get healthy.

I laughed pretty hard at that

Carr strikes me in the same mold as Cousins, Rivers, Manning, etc...the kind of guy who is no doubt a franchise QB, so you cant imagine not re-signing them, but also, at $22+ mil a year, is overpaid enough that you cant cover their flaws longer term.

A team eventually needs to be ballsy enough to trade someone that like that after their 5th year for a couple of 1sts and play the numbers game. Like the Skins should have traded Cousins to the 49ers or some team this offseason and taken Trubisky or Watson.

Saying Walford is a great #2 TE should not be a controversial statement. He is a reliable pass catcher who can block, lot of teams dont have that in their #1 TE. Taking half the league over the Raiders offense is honestly just absurd and not even defensible.

He has two catches this year and one was for negative yards. He is a good blocker, I'll give him that.

It's also not that absurd haha

If we're including OLs, it really, really is. I mean I think it's absurd even without them, but with them... There are a small number of OLs that can pass protect these days.

I meant without taking OL into account.

I think you're underrating Crab and/or Coop then. Coop has his drop issues, but that shouldn't overshadow nearly everything else he does to a very good to elite level. There are like only 6-7 guys I'm certain I'd take over him.

The fumble that Coleman recovered was so bad. He always plays like shit against Carolina.

  13. The Panthers are putting through such a roller coaster of emotions. I hate them.

It's been the best parts of 2015 and the worst of 2014. Not sure if they're good enough to beat Atlanta but the Falcons have been weird this year.

Wonder how much better that makes them, he just played first game yesterday right? I still think it's a sizeable improvement to whatever they have left

They better be getting something else because Jeremy Lane is a dogshit corner.

Shoutout to my dude Griffin for getting the Texans a bad corner to replace their good offensive linemen.

Ok that’s better. Still don’t care for it from Texans perspective.

What? That's a HORRIBLE trade for Seattle lol.

In what world? Seattle’s window is closing with their secondary aging. They know their best chance to win is this year and next.

I just don’t see what good a garbage corner and a late 2nd in 2019 does that team who is contending in their own respect.

Houston is going to run away with that division....feel like this move is something a team 2-3-4 years away does.

Exactly, their window is closing. You don't open that window back up by getting rid of high picks in exchange for a 32 year old offensive tackle that is demanding more money.

I'm just shocked the Seahawks actually made a move to protect Wilson.
