I just don't get any of it really. Like I get that Tom is super interested in this stuff but I just don't get what the actual end game is in any of this. I also don't get how/why all of these high level and respected agents are going to Tom Delonge to help spread the word or let these big secrets out.

Haha, I think Joe actually asked him that 3 or 4 times. He really did ask, "What's the end game?" and Tom was just like, "well, movies and stuff"

 

And that's basically my issue, the books/movies are sci-fi/fiction with some non fiction stuff in there too supposedly. The whole thing is just super confusing and really makes my brain hurt trying to really think about all of it.

 

When Jamie was asking him to name the NSA agent he works worth and Tom said he couldnt name him....."Ok i'll name some people and you......blink" died at that stupid joke. After Joe did the ads at the end he said he wants to have him back when he can smoke again

 

Jesus fuck, Tom. You talk about it in a damn book. If it’s in the book then you can clearly fucking talk about it.

This shit makes me so happy Skiba is in Blink.......and Tom is the one sitting there worried about the band’s legacy. Give me a break of that Kit Kat bar and gtfo.

That one time, it got real interesting when he asked something about that and Joe said "So you're...trying to sell shit?" ("shit" meaning "shares")

Tom sounded pretty defensive, "What?! What do you mean!?" Then Joe clarified that he was referencing shares of the company (and not accusing him of straight up just trying to use this as a publicity stunt to move merchandise).

 

Lol it was funny when he made an IG post back in the day about some secret meeting and he quoted himself as saying to the guy "I need to tell young adults this story" or something. Who the hell says "young adults" so much? Someone who knows what demographic will pay actual money for all this crap lol

 

Do his books even sell that well?

 

He wants to create another Disney, but that takes like 100 years and dozens of successful franchises.

 

I wish he was just focused on building a creative hub for his specific vision of sci-fi for movies and books and even music. I've seen the spheres of the internet these conspiracy theories come out of. They're nasty black holes and while, thankfully, Tom doesn't seem as overtaken by the insane amounts of antisemitism and racism and sexism present in a lot of those spheres, it bums me out that he's gotten wrapped up so completely in the ridiculousness of it all. I really just hope he's okay, finds some time or help if that's what he needs, and gets grounded somehow and finds his way back to a good place. That or discovers time travel and builds an actual, legit, space and time bending spaceship.

Again, above all, this all makes me sad and all I want is him to find good health.

I mean I totally believe in aliens, and I believe all those people who were on stage with him know something, but I just don't understand the point of all of this. Like what the fuck was the point of him booking a spot of the JRE if his answer to every question was "Oh I can't talk about that."

 

I wish he was at least transparent about when/how he will reveal any of this "top secret information" if he's really restricted on what he can say. If he can't say right now, will he ever be able to? How, directly, will this project reveal any information? Each time, he gives the same vague, deflecting answers which basically amounts to, "Well, if everyone would give me money, I miiiiiight leak some information" Is he basically saying that if they get enough money, they'll be able to battle all of the legal fees when people come after them? I truly don't get what he's trying to do no matter how long I listen to him talk.

 

Agree with this. Listened to a lot of JRE in the past and blinks music wouldn’t even be close to what joe would even want to converse about

 

Just an FYI the Linkin Park concert is tonight at 7:30pm eastern time. Don’t know when blink is playing. Travis posted a video on IG and sounded like they were playing Rock Show in rehearsals.

 

So my mates from uni, who don't listen to Blink and have no interest in the band, messaged me today saying "what the fuck is up with Tom?". They listen to the Rogan show and knew I liked Blink. They're big into conspiracy and all that kinda stuff, though I stay out of it. Just shows how batshit crazy he sounds to an average person.
