Doesn't change what Waiters did. It's a warning or delay of game, or something like that, at worst. It's not supposed to negate the other violation.

 

First one is a warning, second is a technical. Doesn't reverse the call, but it certainly wasn't some squeaky clean exchange.

Should have been a stop and reset before the foul happened.
