Because it makes no sense. You’ve built up Asuka as an unstoppable monster, who has already destroyed Emma before. Why should I for a second think this should be close?

Why shouldn't it? Asuka had plenty of close title matches in her time in NXT and the main roster is better than NXT in kayfabe, so there's no reason she needs to just steamroll everyone. She can keep the streak alive in tough matches.

 

Match should've been a squash. If you don't want Emma to get squashed then find someone else, but Asuka should be treated like the most dominant wrestler around.
