Terrible performance, didn't manage a shot on target until gone the 75th minute. Goal came from poor defence. McGoldrick was terrible. Be a nice mid-table finish for Ipswich again. 16 years in the Championship, only way that will change is by relegation.

Liverpool need about 5 first team-ready signings before they're top 4 worthy - new keeper, 2 CBs, new CM and an out-and-out striker (Keita probably the CM, so 4 more to go).

 

Keita will not be enough in centre midfield. Coutinho will most probably go to Barcelona next summer. Can currently looks like he isn't going to sign a new contract which means he's a free agent. Henderson should arguably not even be a squad member next season, certainly not a starter.

 

True. On the plus-side, Coutinho's sale will generate a lot of £££ that they can immediately re-invest in the squad. Should've sold him this summer - forgot what the figure was exactly but it was well over £100million wasn't it?
