Our new guy has become really good at his job and actually does tons of work now and the guy who has been the bane of my existence actually agreed to take my after hours phone (I work on call also) for the days when I'm ****************** so now I get my first genuine weekend off in an eternity

When I lived in Portugal, there was this sandwich called the Francesinha. It was two toasted slices of bread, in between the bread was at least three kinds of meat, it was then covered on all sides in melted cheese. Then they put it in a bowl and poured a tomato and beer sauce all over it. They filled the surrounding sauce with french fries. To top it all off, they put a fried egg on top of the sandwich. It was eaten with a fork and knife. The recipe and ingredients varied from City to city and different local restaurants served it up differently, but that was the greatest thing I've ever eaten.

This all reminds me of the time my grandmother made a cheesecake dessert that she uses canned Pillsbury cinnamon roll dough for but she messed up and used garlic bread dough
