It will be at some point, only a matter of time. To detractors, I will point this is Activision we're talking about here. That company lives to nickle and dime people so I imagine it will be released standalone, just to cash in on people who didn't buy it.

 

I'm taking an extra day that week, specifically for that

Yes. I think I've already spent like over 1000 gems just trying to get skins. It's frustrating.

I did get my new favorite skin though which is buccaneith. It's the best.

 

Think I'll grab Superhot on Xbox tomorrow. Looks great!

Need to finish up a few things though, probably won't since this week is a mess.

Just scored my first two aerial goals in Rocket League, then I went straight back to almost hitting the ball repeatedly.

So far I've enjoyed Dark Souls 1 more than 3

Everything about that game is so well done.

 

You finally got 3 to work? I personally like 1 more mainly because of the level design and Bosses and I love all the lore of Dark Souls 1. I still think 3 is fantastic.

 

Yeah on my laptop. Still crashes on startup on my desktop. It's a bit laggy tbh but it's functional. It's really great it just can't hold a candle to 1

 

Is it coming to PS4?

 

I follow a lot of people on twitch but out of the 12 people that are online right now streaming. Six of them are currently streaming Overwatch and it's just making me more excited for this weekend.

I'm debating a skipping a small local festival this weekend just to play Overwatch.

 

Playing the Ni-Oh demo right now. This game is a FUCK. Makes the difficulty in Dark Souls look like a stroll in the park.

 

Got to play a couple Overwatch matches. Enjoying it a lot so far.

 

I've been following what I thought was a spoiler-free FAQ for quizzes in Persona... turns out it's not spoiler free..

 

Aww. That sucks. Game is still awesome.

 

It isn't the worst thing in the world I guess, at least I can definitely get to see all of the game now.

Finished the heaven dungeon with nanako, about to enter finals week.

 

Oh nice! Makes me want to break out the game and have it start sucking my life up again, haha. Been a while since my last playthrough.

 

The writing in this game is just so impressive, every character feels well developed and is genuinely likable. Situational awareness and generally well aimed jokes are a nice reprieve from typical JRPG faire.

For instance

SInce there is a panic in town over fog the past week or so, Tanaka's shopping special had a sale on a family package of gasmasks and medkits. Instantly selling out before giving the usual "buy this or that" prompt. Had a hearty laugh over it.

And Who can forget Kou's simple but elegant love of balls

Galactic Punt is the best ability ever

Some of the actual gameplay could use some quality of life improvements (Simple things such as switching party members in dungeon, more thorough spell effect explanations, auto effects are a nuisance since they just describe what the spell is and not what it does) and perhaps a deeper combat system. But man at 60 hours I've had an absolute blast, has quite easily entered my top 10 games of all time.

 

Yeah, and pulling mobs on accident is pretty much guaranteed death. I think getting 'stunned' when you run out of stamina is a bit too much. I'm still enjoying it though and I like the setting.
