That's why I like brackets, it gets me to listen to a band's discography gradually so it doesn't get overwhelming.

I only know futures and chase this light all the way through, and of course the singles. I'll do what I can lol

 

My only problem with playing along with a bracket is I really have to pay attention to the songs, and usually I just vote at work where that's a little harder.

 

This is the first bracket that I'm actually interested in doing! I probably won't do anything pre-Clarity because i am not familiar with anything before that album but other than that i'll try to keep up with it.

Before we get this underway, I would like to thank everyone for attending and participating in this. These bracket games are for pure fun, and keep in mind these are everyone's opinions. Be respectful.

This will be NCAA style matches, with randomly generated brackets for each album facing off to decide which is the winner of each album. At the end of all of the albums, we'll do a finale Champions Bracket to decide the best overall JEW song!

Rules:
1. Voting will take place over 10-24 hour period, depending on How close the matches are(if there's a wide margin too far to beat the round may be run ruled to not waste time), and as well as average votes and participation.
2. You must vote on every match in a round. If you don't your other votes don't count. Jut reply to this thread with your choices. I will not vote unless there is a tie needed to be broken.
3. PLEASE Feel free to discuss why you chose one song over the other and why you like that song. It's what helps keeps these fun and not just pages of song titles. Not required though, this isn't college and I ain't yo teacher.
4. I avoid byes into rounds if I can, but sometimes it's necessary. These are randomly generated I do not pick them.
5. Once your votes are counted, signified by me 'liking' your post, there are no vote changes. Choose wisely before posting!
6. The King John Rule: Only participate if you've heard these songs. You are welcome to look them up and listen before hand, but if there's evidence you haven't heard them before or you're just voting to help/hurt a song your votes will not count.

I just listened to this album for the first time in probably 15 years...if I’m being honest I’m pretty indifferent to most of the songs.

 

Ditto. I almost wanted to skip this album too but I didn’t skip any albums on other brackets I didn’t want to skip 2 for this one

May have a hard time getting any votes on this. I had to YouTube each song just to remember what they sounded like. Honestly only remembered like 3 of them.

I was going to suggest starting with their newest albums and going backward to initially ignore the awkward first 2 albums that no one listens to. But I was too late.
