Beatles would obviously have been incredible to see, I saw Paul on his own a couple years back and it was on of the best shows I’ve ever seen, but with the way the band themselves spoke about their touring days I don’t think I could enjoy it. Can’t hear the songs, screaming over the top of them etc. Maybe to have been around when they were in Germany would have been something special to see but for a different reason.

I would gladly be incarcerated if it was January 13 1968 at Folsom Sate Prison

Missed out on Brand New during their early days but I saw them open for Movielifes farewell show a couple years back where they only played Your Favorite Weapon and Deja Entendu songs to honor the times they played with The Movielife. Was basically traveling through time.

Even with me being a downer last night I'm considering grabbing a ticket for the Saturday show depending on prices.

Rereading my posts, I should say that the Sci Fi songs were great live and I do enjoy this album. I just wish the crowd was more hype.

I am glad however that there are so many good live recordings, both audio and visual for them!

I saw a lot of emo night merch at the fest Brand New played last month and it was shirts that said "SAD AS FUCK" and "MAKE AMERICA SAD AGAIN" and shit like that. There's something that really rubs me the wrong way about ironic depression

  16. I think it's the way it's being used for profit that makes me upset

Yep. All those profits should be going straight to TWLOHA or something similar.

@DejaMoi random question. Have you ever heard of the band Texas King out east? They’re from closer to your neck of the woods than mine

The band was amazing. They sounded phenomenal, I didn't catch any hiccups in playing, and Vin was shredding. I loved it. I had a really great time with some close people. The crowd did suck though.

I honestly don’t know, I am opening for them in a couple weeks haha. I just know they’re from out east so I was curious if you knew them.
