Welp, I have no idea what to expect this time around haha

 

im expecting something poppier in the vein of summertime. unless it was a conscious effort it sounds like mess's screams are changing again.

 

I'd be down with them changing, I really don't care for his throatier screams paired with Tilian's voice.

 

Mothership quickly became my favorite so I’d love something similar but I also played the crap out of summertime so I’m excited regardless of what they cook up.

 

Mothership is definitely cool but man I hated Summertime Gladness for some reason haha

 

Sorry to derail any DGD-related talk, but Eternity Forever fans ITT - did you guys know that band imploded spectacularly back in August?! The drummer (guy from Strawberry Girls) just put the band on hiatus and took control/deleted their social media without the other two members' consent because he and Kurt basically hated each other!!! An absolute fucking mess

Very sad. Just didn't seem that their personalities meshed but at least we got the EP!

 

I didn’t realize the drummer was from Strawberry Girls. That’s weird cuz I’m sure Kurt, and him have worked together a lot in the past. Especially considering Kurt is featured on a few SG tracks. You would think they already knew what being in a band together would be like.

 

eh, i could see that if kurt was featured on a song, the instrumentals would already be done. I would bet most of kurts interaction was with garren.

 

Kurt and the guitarist, Brandon Ewing, will still be working together! Brandon wrote the majority of the songs anyway and some new stuff he's put on his FB page sounds the same as Eternity Forever, but they can't keep the EF name because the drummer Ben was the one who came up with it.

I always knew Jonny Craig was a shit bag, but the recent reveal that he raped at least one of his ex girlfriends makes me think I need to cut his music out like I did with Brand New.

With everything he's gotten away with in the past he probably feels he's untouchable.
