This is a really long time to wait for an encore...

  2. Damn, I was really hoping the stream would stay up after the show

Here is the live stream archived and here is the setlist. I personally think this setlist was missing a few of my favorites that they have been playing this tour. I was really hoping for The Whale Song or Custom Concern (both of which they played at a show a few nights ago) as they are my two favorite songs, but still a solid performance and a free stream - can't go wrong there.

Autumn Beds. Highly recommend checking out No One's First, and You're Next if you haven't. Every track on there is amazing (also has The Whale Song which as I said above is one of my favorites). It's the best release of theirs post-Good News/Bad News for me - I might even like it more.

Great show. Had a lot of fun jamming out in the living room smoking/drinking last night.

It was after Autumn Beds (and it's not listed on Setlist FM). It was an intro and outro to Satin in a Coffin. Everyone was commenting on the stream that they hadn't heard it before.

I know what you're talking about. I figured it was them just messing around, but it could have been more...

drinking coffee and smoking a bowl and watching the archive. due to some personal stuff them opening with Strangers to Ourselves is fucking me up right now. that "how lucky we are that we are so easy to forget" line is just devastating.

it's gonna be a MM day today

I actually had to watch the replay to see what you're talking about, it went right by me. It was pretty cool. I know a few bands that do a mesh of medleys/intros/outros of songs live similar to that - Counting Crows being the best example as it seems like Adam Duritz has new lyrics every night of every tour for one or two songs. But I don't think Brock's and Duritz' brains work in the same way hah, so it very well could have been a hidden new song that Brock was giving us a taste of. It will be interesting to see what comes of it.

i haven't watched the stream yet, but the closed the second encore last night with something that certainly sounded like it could've been titled "north dakota."

One of those rare albums that somehow continues to get better each time I listen to it.

I like my Mouse a little rough around the edges and that album still blows me away. It's still such a strange synthesis of stuff, and it's so inventive while also being so spare in a lot of ways

Every time I have seen this band, they have been so bad. For some reason I still love them. Maybe, in a weird way, it is part of their charm. Lol.

i feel like this band embraces their flaws and are okay with jamming a little too long, or drinking a bit too much on stage, but somehow it works amazingly, and it's definitely charming. i saw them last year and it was great, it wasn't perfect but it was unique and passionate, and you know that careful planning has went into their practice when they can rotate a different setlist every single night and play different deep cuts at every show. but they can go up and do whatever they want and it'll be amazing, that takes talent!

nothing quite sounds like this album

that alone makes it awe inspiring

and then of course they are brilliant songwriters with insane lyricism

Was thinking about Isaac's lyrics today, they're actually kind of rly goofy sometimes, which I think adds to the charm. It's like devoid of pretension, at least early on when it probably seemed like no one was listening.
