wow I’m actually a Paladins player now

 

Finally got around to playing more Cuphead and wow this game is special.

 

almost done with island 2, gonna try to plow through it and some of 3 tonight, getting better at this game is so satisfying

 

I think I have 2 bosses left in Island 2. It's so satisfying going from "there is absolutely no way I can beat this dude" to consistently getting to the last phase and trying new strategies.

 

lots of games to play but I don't see myself being torn away from stardew valley anytime soon. sorry other games!!!

Anybody play Grim Dawn here, the expansion Ashes of Malmouth came out today.

 

i've been playing persona 5 and that came out in april haha, i also have the uncharted trilogy and ffxii to go through

actually wanna focus on going through my backlog

 

I started playing state of decay Xbox one version because it’s time to get spoopy

 

DL'd this one and the Gone Home one. It took a bit to get into the UD one but I enjoyed it

 

i might dl that when I do my game pass trial.

it was a fun game to 100% on the Xbox 360 plus I remember I was in the developer stream of it and they gave me a code.

It was sweeeeet.

 

Your co-host said like ALOT at the beginning which was a bit offputting to me at first but it was fine afterwards.

I totally get it though. I'm sure being in front of a microphone recording yourself isn't the easiest and it takes getting used to

 

I forgot how bad the controls are in state of decay but I’m still loving playing as Marcus again.

Felt a bit uneasy after the last couple sessions of Rise of the Tomb Raider, figured it must've been the motion blur. Still not entirely sure turning it off helps, but while I'm at it, I also turned off stuff like lends flare and film grain and it generally looks better imo. Maybe motion sickness comes with the territory in any 3d game where the camera moves to the character during platforming, like in the first Half Life and especially Mirror's Edge, although I surprisingly didn't feel sick nearly as much playing Alice: Madness Returns, that camera movement was so smooth in comparison. It's weird, I don't feel sick playing a 2d platformer like Limbo, even when the map is rotating.

 

Maybe you're sensitive to frame rates?

 

I did some reading on motion sickness and gaming (like...five minutes worth). It's possibly either that or FOV, or both.

 

No worries at all. I like that y'all focus on a single game and discuss it. And do games that not only I have actually played but things a bit older as well.

There's also rain now! As well as many of the perks being tweaked to better even the playing field.

It was leaked in the game code too that Fox from Pt. 3 is going to be a new character soon as well.
