I see this as a ST pick (which we definitely need)

 

wish Miami didnt trade up for Drake and grabbed one of Booker or Dixon

thats really my only one big complaint so far

also wish we couldve gotten Myles Jack somehow. sounds like we were close.

I go the opposite way of the other guy who quoted you. I like the Rams draft, even with what they gave for it, more than Philadelphia's. But that's in part due to how much better I think Goff is than Wentz. I also think Higbee and Cooper are good picks.

 

No apparently it's a knee thing holding back Billings?

This is a guy that, without knee concerns, was consensus 1st/2nd pick with top 5 upside. What knee injury could possibly offset that? Dude must be getting fitted for a peg leg.

Mayock said he talked to 4 different teams and none of them said it has anything to do with an injury or off the field stuff

 

He's not playing in 2016.

 

My one big takeaway from this draft....

I swear to Christ...if the Jags are picking Top 10 again next year, that franchise needs to be shot into the sun. Absolutely zero excuse now.

And with that Andrew Billings pick, the Bengals are now above the Redskins as the second best draft this year. Damn Cincy is crushing this. They just have a great front office.

 

I've also read it's height related? I just don't get it. Being 6'1 as a Nose is absolutely 0 concern to me.


Either way, Cincinatti just took him. Hope he wrecks shit.

 

Cincy crushes every draft and still never passes the 1st round. Lewis forever!

 

Jerrell Adams, Alex Collins, Devante Booker, big German guy, Jeremy Cash, Jayron Kearse remaining on my wish list for pick 141.

 

Of course Bengals take Billings the pick before Steelers (they wouldn't have taken him though)

I can get behind Hawkins. Nice.

 

Two questionable picks for Chicago and Indy.

 

Not complaining

 

It was a fine pick in my opinion, if you don't think about the cost then yeah Wentz sitting for 2 years in philly he probably could be solid by year 3. It's not like the Eagles don't have enough talented players who can at least compete in the league. But it's more what the Eagles are missing out on that makes me feel like they could've just built hard in this draft, gave Bradford another year and made their move for a quarterback next year.

 

Not bad. It seems like all of their picks are appropriate values. It seems like I've been saying they should've gone another way with every pick, but the player they did pick wasn't really someone I could complain about.

The only one that was tougher to swallow was the Kessler pick, but I think that was just based on where they picked him, rather than him as a player. I'm a little bit higher on the selection than most, but he probably should've been targeted in the 4th round or so. Either way, I think he has a chance to be a solid QB, but I don't have much faith in him as a franchise QB.

Overall, looking at the picks, it's maybe a B/B-, but I am very excited about what they've done with the maneuvering. The high-level picks over the next few seasons will be a huge opportunity.
