This kind of thing really shows how production can change a song. This one is pure Dude Ranch whereas the EOTS version is so "polished" with the layered vocals and little guitar riffs. It's like night and day.

Also I think "He pauses shaving and he tells himself that he is the bomb" is one of the greatest opening lines in musical history.

 

Thanks for the info. I have major OCD with how songs are labeled and I hate it when there's no album title/album artwork for it.

You really should ask the interviewer his/her thoughts on California, Feldmann, Skiba vs. Tom and if AVA sounds like blink and BCR.

 

Just start interviewing the interviewer to see if hes a good fit for your Blink 182 fan club basically. Build that rapport.

 

But what if they don't like Tom's lullaby influence on blink sounds?!

 

If the interviewer is too into arpeggios, run. It's a tombot and it's going to murder you.

 

Is it ok if the interview starts with a landscape and a 2 minute intro? Or is that a bad sign?
