Last three tracks really make the album come alive

 

I hope so too! I'll probably give the album at least one more listen through today.

 

The lyrics of Fuzz Minor made me sit up and notice

 

Yeah, it always takes a couple listens for me to really catch on with lyrics, but the "I can't wait to see you die" lyric definitely made me perk up this time around.

 

Yup the "call me Arab..." line was the one for me.

 

Think this is lyrically their strongest release by a lot.

 

Being English the opening line of Future makes me laugh

"Execute the Queen
Bury her body at sea"

 

the end of Faker, the last 4 song stretch, hoo boy I love this album

 

"Tell yourself again, “Nothing is wrong with this place.”
Never say it when we're standing face to face
Faker, if there is a hell, you've done what you need to do
If there is a hell, it's ready and waiting for you"

I gotta listen to this whole album more. I just keep listening to The Future over and over.

Faker is landing for me, right now.

 

This might be the band's best album. It's so concise and just about everythibg lands for me on here. Faker still gives me so much life.

 

Its tough to say which is their "best." Whenever, If Ever had such a huge impact on me and my life. I am so happy I found that album. It would be hard to say its not that, but Harmlessness and Alway Foreign are both beautiful, too, and their release has been really exciting for me.

I can't remember the last time I ever listened to Whenever, If Ever. Honestly, it's been years. Harmlessness and this album are both great though.
