This will be NCAA style matches, with randomly generated brackets for each album facing off to decide which is the winner of each album. At the end of all of the albums, we'll do a finale Champions Bracket to decide the best overall My Chemical Romance song!

3. PLEASE Feel free to discuss why you chose one song over the other and why you like that song. It's what helps keeps these fun and not just pages of song titles. Not required though, this isn't college and I ain't yo teacher.

It is. I don't think that has happened since the Blink-182 California/California DX round, which was the very first bracket I ran and even then I broke it up over 2 days to help make it easier to count

Just wanted to share this interview they did talking about each track on the album that was done before it was officially released. I remember listening to this over and over, desperate to hear any amount of new material and hearing what the album influences were. It's 30 minutes but it's really insightful.

Voting against "Cancer" was easy?! How do you sleep at night?!

 

Probably my most unpopular opinion with this band but I hate Cancer both on the album and when played live, especially when it was the closer. Famous Last Words was already the most perfect closing song ever written but yeah let's play the slow song that bums everyone out instead. I will vote against Cancer at any opportunity.
