I think "Teenagers" is the first song from these brackets I'd actually have an issue with winning.

 

Blood is not a great song but I like it as a callback to the earlier more vampire obsessed version of this band

I didn't include Blood. After adding in the BSides it made the rounds all messy with like 1 match in round 1 and then EVERY match in round 2. Blood had no chance, so I dropped it

 

I had the right words but was singing the melody to blood in my head

Watching mtv classic, the music video for famous last words just came on. What year is it

 

That is because mtv classic is amazing and plays awesome videos all the time. I Stan for that channel lol

 

Love that video. I just watched it last week for no reason.

 

That channel is wild I'm def gonna watch it more. Didn't know they did appropriate time period music videos in addition to the classic programming so like. I'm all in lol

 

They have the best blocks of videos and play all sorts of stuff. They've been having trl era videos on a lot cause of the revival and they played sugar we're going down the other day and I landed right in nostalgiaville. My fave is the 90s block, house of pop, and the rock block. Total request playlist is also a great block. I like that they play stuff from different eras. Like they'll play Jimmy eat world and the white stripes but then throw in some older acts too. It's generally a good mix. Always great to have on in the background and way better than regular mtv lol

Yeah they did dirty little secret and I got nostalgic for middle school when a girl I liked sang it at a party playing rockband lol. Then a Christina Aguilera song and it was just. A lot of nostalgia in a short period. It was like a time machine

 

I'm too young to be nostalgic

 

over the summer they had a block called Siesta Key to promote their show on mtv and it was all videos from the early-mid 00s and I definitely felt this way haha.
