Oh wow, after 2 months we finally got your serious thoughts on Tom Importance in Blink182? Was it that hard to do this back then? Trolling was more fun than discussing about music right? I only wanted to have a friendly conversation with people who love the same band and share my PERSONAL THOUGHTS on California. The comparison with BCR record / Blink-Untitled / AvA I-Empire was a different story. I gave you 3 songs, "I feel so", "Secret Crowds", and "Up All night" and said these songs sounds SIMILAR IN MY PERSONAL OPINION and these songs could be easily on other bands album (ex. Secret Crowds could be on a Blink record, or Up all night could be on BCR record)

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Angels & Airwaves. The music is extremely complex, and without a solid grasp of poetic analysis most of the lyrics will go over a typical viewer’s head. There’s also Tom Delonge's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Chomsky, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of their music, to realise that they’re not just sad- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Angels & Airwaves truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the humour in Secret Crowd lyrics which itself is a cryptic reference to George Orwell's 1984. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Tom Delonge's genius wit unfolds itself in their ears. What fools.. how I pity them.


And yes, by the way, i DO have AvA tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It’s for the ladies’ eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they’re within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid

I never liked anything AvA post-I-Empire era but maaan.. the sarcasm in this post is over 9000! You still come out as hypocrite tho, if Tom was still in Blink, these AvA songs/melodies and lyrics would be in Blink records minus the delay effects and long intros. Oh wait ..
