Okay here's the short summary, all I said was: Tom's songwriting is still the same since forever, four chords, same chord progressions, some lullaby melodies here and there and same lyrical themes minus the d*** jokes! I posted that AvA track
and said "This song could be easily on BCR record or post-Untitled-Blink era" Is there much difference between this and BCR "I feel so" or Blink182 "Up all night" ??

I even gave them my IG and Youtube Channel, they still call me "Blake" lol

 

I almost want to say that's an insult to Blake beats, but they are both basically Yamcha and Chiaotzu.

Nah. It'd feel extremely tonally out of place on BCR's album and wouldn't fit on Neighborhoods at all. Mark helping Tom find some melody and Travis' uniqueness is what made Tom's songs palpable to begin with.
