from what I heard.. Tom never had anything to do with Creed.. oh wait.. you were trying to be funny..? I get it now..

 

I mean, it kind of was funny.

 

Travis tweeted about that Makeout band, I replied saying to stop promoting a misogynistic band, and one of the dudes liked the tweet. They clearly don't care very much. Ugh.

 

They are two completely different bands even if the same guy is responsible for the music. Tom clearly went through a major transformation from BCR to even the first AVA album. AVA is way too spacy, long intros and a lot of sound effects while BCR has a heavier/raw sound very similar to the Untitled album. The BCR album is directly responsible for the sound of the Untitled album so yes I agree any of those songs could easily fit in the Untitled album but disagree with AVA. The only AVA song that could fit on the Untitled album and not seem out of place that I can think of is The War but the rest of AVA's song line up would probably stick out. I will admit I could be forgetting some other AVA songs but that's the only one that popped into my head.

 

I'm dead serious, i really don't like Creed.

But you stating angels or boxcar covered in the style of blink would make people suddenly like it is wrong.

The space intros are worse. Like, I like True love. I hate having to wait 1:30 or whatever it is for the damn song to start

 

Hi friends. Random question: does anyone have any information about the writing process for The Fallen Interlude?

Questions:

1) Who says "down, down, down, pick me up, I'm falling"?
2) Who wrote the music outside of the drums (which are pure Travis)
3) Is that actually Tom doing the guitar? Mark doing the bass?

 

The original version was even longer before Tom decided to cut half the intro into Star of Bethlehem.
