Wouldn't be surprised if Daniel is just burnt out on touring life or is looking to settle down. Goose is a good temporary replacement.

Also would not be surprised if Daniel gets back in Norma Jean, seeing as how NJ doesn't tour very much anymore.

Glad that "In the Event . . ." got at least 1 vote, cuz it's dope, it's just not what I come to Hot Damn! to hear.

Also glad "Off Broadway" got at least one vote, but since "Ebolarama" is the song that got me into ETID, I have to go with that.

Same for "Search Party", I dig it, but I feel like it does similar things to "Ebolarama", just not quite as well. Plus "Rushmore" is just killer.

 

I think ETID moved into the place of “my fav band” after Daniel came on board and Low Teens. So he was part of that equation for me. How hard he goes behind the kit live does it for me. Legs was so technical he didn’t make it as interesting to watch(however was still great). I hope loosing him doesn’t negotiability affect how I perceive the band. I mean I don’t want it to, but I don’t want it to just happen.

Wasn’t as bad as I thought. The Floater vs. Romeo A Go-Go and Hit Of The Search Party vs. She’s My Rushmore matchups were the toughest for me.

 

allow me to encourage you not to be affected. i mean, im waiting with bated breath to see what happens and im definitely hoping for the best but i fully trust the rest of the band. the core three have been in it since the inception and i know theyll only move forward with the right fit.

Looking at the other posts, I'm not surprised I'm in the minority with Hit of the Search Party. That coupled with She's My Rushmore being on the lower half of the album for me.

Sorry I've missed quite a few rounds, been traveling all week. Had to give Romeo A Go Go some love. It's a great opener.

I've been leaving the rounds open the full 24 hours despite clear winners cause of the hope we'll have people back in to play like earlier rounds. Again, I appreciate you all who've kept voting and having fun. This is one of my favorite bands of all time and I've enjoyed revisiting their entire work, hope you guys did too.
