Ohhh I’ll have to download that. I’ve been really interested in PUBG but only have PS4 which I’m pretty sure still has no release planned

 

Could be a while too because Microsoft is apparently heavily involved in the port

 

No release planned yet no. They keep skirting around saying whether they will and are clearly tied to Microsoft until the Xbone version is done. Just played a round on Fortnite and it's brilliant. Came 6th. The update has improved it even more so.

 

I'm sure it's been discussed here but how many people are planning on getting the SNES classic friday? I've been keeping tabs on the r/minisnes subreddit for weeks. Looks like the stock per store is gonna be a lot better than the NES classic this time. Plan on going to the Target by me before it opens on friday. I want this thing so friggen bad.

Divinity Original Sin 2 has me hooked like no other, been a while since a game did this.

 

The gameplay looks so satisfying and constantly fun.

 

I've got a pre-order for the SNES mini from Nintendo.co.uk so I should get one.

Also I think this has been the best year for games in a good while.

Of what? This "generation"? I guess yeah, but it doesn't come close to some of last generation's years imo

 

Nope, all time. I think 2013 and maybe 2007 were the only two years that come close from last gen and my favourite game from 2007 was a PS2 game.

 

Okay, Fortnite Battle Royale is absolutely awesome. Only played a couple of rounds, but really fun. Not actually even managed to get a kill yet lol. No tutorial and just drops you right in at the deep end.

 

It’s bloody brilliant haha, I’m addicted! Managed to get 3rd place just. It took me a few games to start getting kills, but I’m probably 30 games in since I had it yesterday. Got my friends to download it too as it’s free - squad games are going to be so much fun.

Nicee! I can't even imagine getting that far yet! I just managed 23rd, but it was more fluke that I managed to land in a house on my own and immediately got an awesome shotgun haha. I need to learn where to land. Got to get the balance between being in the middle of no where and being somewhere I might find decent loot.

Honestly the only game I like more than Nier from last gen is The Last of Us and there's probably only a handful of others I'd put above Zelda. Having both in the same year is crazy, plus I've probably already played and loved more games this year than I have in the past two and there's still so much else I want to get to. It's a crazy good year for me.

I think it’s very dependent on where you land, yeah! I tend to try and get out of the way personally. There’s a prison near the bottom right of the map that’s usually worth a visit. I know of a few places, but again it’s reliant on whether the bus flies over there and whatnot. Glad you dig it anyway!
